The Structure of the Goddess Essence Teacher Training...
Embark on a transformative 2-year journey, meticulously designed to awaken the divine feminine power within you. This training unfolds in two immersive parts, each spanning three weeks, set amidst the serene landscapes of Bali.
A Two-Part Odyssey:
The Goddess Essence Teacher Training is structured in two parts over a period of two years, ensuring a deep dive into the realms of Women's Tantra. Participants are encouraged to arrive a day prior to the commencement of the training and to depart no earlier than the evening of the concluding day.
Tantra Meditation Homework:
Upon the completion of each section of the training, participants will be entrusted with a series of Tantra Meditation practices. Engaging in these practices will not only accelerate personal growth but also fortify the foundation required to excel as a Women’s Tantra Teacher.
You will be taught how to facilitate meditations, workshops and retreats based on Ma Ananda Sarita’s signature framework series called Goddess Essence.
Filming and Constructive Feedback for Rapid Skill Enhancement:
During the training, you will be filmed while facilitating some of the sessions, offering participants a unique opportunity to observe and refine their teaching and coaching skills. Witnessing oneself alongside peers can lead to transformative shifts in teaching methodologies. Additionally, both written and verbal feedback will be provided by Ma Ananda Sarita and Ma Prem Tanmaya, ensuring a rapid enhancement of your teaching prowess.
Experiential Learning:
The core of this training is experiential. Participants will engage in a plethora of Tantra meditations and exercises, both individually and in groups. The primary focus is to activate the Goddess Portals inherent in a woman's body, elevate Kundalini energy and expand one's capacity to harmoniously blend emotions, sexuality, love and spirituality. Ma Sarita spent 17 years learning directly from the enlightened mystic Osho in his physical presence and spent a total of 26 years in his community. This invaluable time allowed her to absorb the essence of his teachings and dive deeper into the realms of Tantra and holistic healing.
She has been teaching Tantra, meditation & holistic healing around the world since 1990. Sarita is also an author of two books on Tantra and producer of numerous online courses. She teaches a wide range of groups and trainings, for couples, for women and for people from all walks of life and from all over the world.
She is committed to practicing authentic Tantra, rooted in Meditation and Love. Tantra for her is a sublime path to enlightenment which explores the alchemical transformation that takes place when opposites meet in the light of awareness.

Your application will be reviewed by our team, to determine if your goals and objectives fit the program. We accept people who have already done extensive personal development work on themselves. A prerequisite is attendance at a minimum of 2 extensive Tantra retreats with seasoned teachers. In certain instances, we might request additional details or propose a Zoom interview for clarity.
STEP 3
Upon successful review, you will receive an acceptance letter via email, confirming your place in the Goddess Essence Teacher Training.
STEP 4
Following your acceptance, a link will be provided for you to finalize the payment for Part 1 of the training.
