Our retreats always sell out. Due to the high demand and limited availability, we have implemented an application process to ensure we get only those participants that are fully committed to their growth.

We prefer quality over quantity. We like to limit the number of participants so we can give them the best possible experience.  

Typically, we like to ensure there is a 50/50 split of men and women, as well as a diverse selection of representatives from countries and cultures across the globe. 

The application process is simple and straightforward. Once you click on the Apply Now button, you will be redirected to a whatsapp chat with our team and they will guide you through the process.

After you submit the application form, our team will carefully review the information provided. Within the next 72 hours, you can expect to receive a response from us.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a payment link to secure your spot in the retreat. Please note that it is important to make the payment within 48 hours to guarantee your participation.

Please note that there’s a very high demand for the tickets which is why we recommend you secure your spot as soon as possible.

 Participants are required to cover their airfare, and ground transfers.

If you’re on a tight schedule and flying in just for the retreat we suggest you time yourself to arrive on the morning of the retreat and depart on the evening of the last day.

On the first day, registration/arrival is at 3pm and we start at 4pm.

On the last day we end at 5pm.

We will send detailed instructions to all confirmed attendees closer to the date of the retreat. We will provide you with contacts of trusted cab drivers and detailed instructions to get to the venue. We will also connect you with your fellow participants in a Telegram group. (feel free to find friends to share a ride with)

We start at 2:00pm on the first day and end at 2:00 pm on the last day.

The agenda of each day is unique. This is what the usual schedule looks like:

• 8:00am: Active meditation or yoga (This is not optional and is an important part of the process.)
• 9:30am: Brunch
• 11:00am: Group room
• 1:00pm: Snack, nap or swim break
• 3:00pm: Group room
• 5:00pm: Dinner
• 6:30pm: Group room
• 9:00pm: End of sessions

Yes, there are a few things that are necessary to bring with you.

• Notebook and pens
• Blindfold
• Water bottle
• Sarong(s)
• Clothes that you can sweat in
• Clothes that you can dance in
• Comfortable and relaxed clothes to wear in the group room
• White clothes for rituals (preferably bring 2 sets of whites)
• We have a surprise party. Please bring clothes that make you feel like a teenager.
• Women, please bring at least one red dress for a special meditation. 
• Bathing suit and other things if you want to use the pool or enjoy the ocean
• Large towel
• Massage sheet (can be a large bedsheet)
• Body butter or massage cream (no oil allowed)
• A hand mirror
• Deodorant (preferably natural deodorants)
• Cash for laundry and other incidentals
• Cash to tip the staff

Absolutely yes! This retreat is suitable for couples, as well as singles.

Although, Tantra Transformation primarily brings the focus onto the self, it is a powerful experience to do as a couple where the two partners experience their individual transformations in the presence of each other.  

In practices that require you to pair up with someone, you always have the choice to partner with your beloved.

We will find you someone you can share a room with at our retreat venue.

If you know someone and both of you want to share a room, you can let our team know. We will make those arrangements for you. 

If you would like your own private room, you can inform our team. If there is availability, we can surely reserve a private room for you.

We never force you to do any practice that you feel will cross your boundaries. 

There is a sweet spot between honouring your boundaries and stepping out of your comfort zone. We encourage you to find that 'tender edge', because that is where growth and healing lie. 

If some of the exercises have physical contact and you do not feel comfortable, we always give alternative ways to practice each method  without physical contact, such as energetically in the auric field.

We also have dedicated assistants who are always available for you in case you need any emotional support.

In any Tantra Essence retreat there is no sex in the group room.

Despite public misunderstanding, Tantra is not all about sexual practices. In fact, it is about the union of love and meditation, and activating the full potential of our life force energy including our sexual energy.

We will be working with sexual energy, chakra energy and kundalini energy in a safe and effective way. But there will not be any sex or sexual practices as part of the group structure.

What consenting adults do in their own privacy is their own concern, though there will be no sex in the group room space and no sex as part of the retreat structure, to be clear.

All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to convert your payment into a one-year credit for the same training, or — with written approval — another event organized directly by the Tantra Essence Event Team. Credits do not apply to online courses or independently organized events.

Once the event has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for early departure.
In cases of serious medical emergency or force majeure, requests may be reviewed individually with appropriate documentation.
We strongly encourage purchasing travel and medical insurance. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, entry requirements, and personal readiness to join the experience.
