In Part 1, we work with the Heart Chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love, loving another and loving the whole.

Bárbara de Lima is a certified Tantra teacher
and women’s mentor, deeply passionate
about feminine embodiment, emotional
intelligence, and spiritual growth.
With almost two decades of experience on the path of self-discovery — including yoga, mysticism, and conscious communication — she supports women in reclaiming their authentic voice, sensuality, and inner power.

Marija Marali
Marija Marali understands the quiet cost of a life that appears successful, yet feels disconnected from truth.
After over a decade in senior leadership roles in London and a foundation in Psychology and Ethics she met the reality many high-functioning individuals face, a burnout, emotional disconnection, and loss of intimacy with self.
In 2019 she stepped away to fully devote herself to Tantra, immersing in the contemplative traditions of Kashmiri Shaivism and the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra. Through the Marali Tantric Intimacy Method, she guides high-achievers beyond performance into presence, working with the nervous system, the body, and awareness as pathways to clarity, intimacy, and inner stability.
Having supported thousands of students worldwide, she creates refined, intentional spaces where depth unfolds naturally. Those who have worked with her describe her spaces as both deeply challenging and profoundly safe & nourishing.
