Your travel to and from the venue is not included in this price. Participants are required to cover their airfare, and ground transfers. Additionally, you can avail yourself of other products or services that the resort offers at your own expense like spa treatments.

If you’re on a tight schedule and flying in just for the retreat we suggest you time yourself to arrive to the venue on the morning of the retreat and depart on the evening of the last day. The first session begins around 11am. The last session usually ends around 3pm.

We will send detailed instructions to all confirmed attendees closer to the date of the retreat. We will provide you with contacts of trusted cab drivers and detailed instructions to get to the venue. We will also connect you with your fellow participants in a telegram group. Feel free to find friends to share a ride with :).

The agenda of each day is unique. This is what the schedule looks like:

• 8:00am: Group meditation session
• 9:30am: Brunch
• 11:00am: Group session
• 1:00pm: Snack, nap or swim break
• 3:00pm: Group session
• 5:00pm: Dinner
• 6:30pm: Group room
• 9:00pm: End of sessions

Each session includes experiential Tantra practices, meditations, healing exercises, dance, massage and rituals for personal transformation.

We never force you to do anything that you don't feel comfortable doing.

There is a sweet spot between honouring your boundaries and stepping out of your comfort zone.

We encourage you to find that balance, because that is where growth lies. 

We also have dedicated assistants who are always available for you in case you need any emotional support. 

Don't hesitate to reach out to the teachers or team members at any time. 

All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to convert your payment into a one-year credit for the same training, or — with written approval — another event organized directly by the Tantra Essence Event Team. Credits do not apply to online courses or independently organized events.

Once the event has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for early departure.
In cases of serious medical emergency or force majeure, requests may be reviewed individually with appropriate documentation.
We strongly encourage purchasing travel and medical insurance. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, entry requirements, and personal readiness to join the experience.
