What is MenoDawn New Era?
Menodawn is an immersive 5-day residential tantric retreat for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, held in the sacred heart of Ubud, Bali.
It is a gathering unlike any other: part ceremony, part somatic healing, part sisterhood. It treats this profound transition not as a medical condition to manage, but as a spiritual initiation to be celebrated.
Drawing on Tantric practices, Taoist wisdom, Ayurvedic medicine, and Breathwork, Menodawn invites women from around the world to move, breathe, release, and be reborn together, in one of Earth's most spiritually charged places.
Â
Six Pilars of Transformation

Five days. What you will learn.
Â
Day 1
You remember you are not alone. You are received, wholly, without judgment, by a circle of women who truly see you. We discuss in depth what is happening in your body and mind. Introduction to the Tantric approach. Opening of heart.
Â
Day 2
You reconnect with your life force, desire, vitality, and pleasure. You begin to understand your body's changing energy as a resource, not a loss. You remember what it feels like to inhabit your body with joy. Sexual Energy Awakening You leave this day feeling alive in your skin.
Day 3
You identify and shed what no longer belongs to you, old identities, suppressed emotions, and the roles you have outgrown. You gain clarity on what this transition is asking you to leave behind, and why that is a gift.
Â
Day 4
You meet the woman you are becoming. You experience your body as a source of power, not a problem to manage. You receive healing and celebration, and you dance your way into your next chapter.
Â
Day 5
You leave with a clear personal practice, a deep understanding of your menopause journey, and a sisterhood that continues beyond Bali. You go home knowing what your body and spirit needs and how to give it to yourself.

At Menodawn, food is medicine. Every meal is thoughtfully curated around the specific hormonal and nutritional needs of the menopausal transition, a plant-rich, anti-inflammatory diet that works with your changing body, not against it.
The programme features hormone-balancing whole foods, phytoestrogen-rich plant sources, Ayurvedic superherbs, and gut-nourishing fermented ingredients, all designed to reduce inflammation, support adrenal health, and replenish what this profound transition calls upon.
What we choose to exclude is as important as what we include. Meals are free from refined sugars, alcohol, and inflammatory foods that are known to worsen menopausal symptoms and disrupt the body's natural intelligence.

Testimonial from our students
''The Tantric Approach to Menopause with Usha was a deeply nurturing and empowering experience. Through gentle practices, movement, and sharing, I learned to embrace menopause not as an ending, but as a sacred transition into deeper wisdom and feminine strength.ÂUshaâs presence was warm, authentic, and full of compassion. She guided us with such care that I felt completely safe to explore and reconnect with my body. After the workshop, I felt softer, more peaceful, and grateful for this new phase of life. This experience transformed the way I see menopause â from something to endure, into something to celebrate.''Â Â
