Sira is a Feminine Embodiment Coach, founder of She Circle, former Mindvalley Facilitator, and an experienced Tantra Teacher in Tantra Essence School.
With over 15 years of devoted inner work and spiritual exploration, she passionately guides people through transformative journeys of healing and awakening using Tantra, embodiment, and deep self-inquiry practices.
Sira is a Certified NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, Timeline Therapy Practitioner, Mindvalley Certified Life Coach, and Tantra Essence Certified Teacher.
Her holistic approach weaves together modern coaching tools with ancient tantric wisdom, empowering people to cultivate profound self-love, awaken their authentic essence, and reconnect to their deepest truth.

Christa is a Breathwork Facilitator and Tantra Teacher, trained with Ma Ananda Sarita at the Tantra Essence School as well as with the Embodied Awakening Academy.
