My Story

My name is Ma Ananda Sarita, and I've spent my life exploring what it truly means to be a woman.

When I was 17, I traveled to India and met Osho. That meeting awakened something in me I didn't even know was asleep. I stayed for 26 years, learning directly from him about the sacredness of the feminine body, the wisdom held in our emotions, and how sensuality and spirituality are not opposites but one and the same.

For the past 35 years, I've been sharing these teachings with women all over the world. Not as theory, but as lived experience. As practices you can feel in your body. What draws me to this work is simple. I've watched women who felt numb come back to life. Women who spent years performing intimacy finally feel it. Women who abandoned their desires learn to want again.

And every time, it begins the same way. A woman turning toward herself with curiosity instead of judgment. Discovering that everything she's been looking for has been waiting inside her body all along.That's what this workshop is about.
